serkanlabs is responsible for the data collected through the forms on this site. For any question or request: info@serkanlabs.com

What is collected

What you type into the quote, appointment and demo forms: your name, email address, phone number, company name and the text of your request.

Unless you fill in a form, no personal data about you is stored.

Why it is processed

Only to answer your request, prepare a quote and arrange a call. Your data is not used for marketing and is never sold.

The legal basis is the consent you give when sending a form, and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Where and how long it is kept

Data is kept on the servers hosting this site and in the email account used to reply to you.

It is kept for at most two years after your request is closed. If you want it deleted sooner, just ask.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no visitor analytics.

To prevent abuse of the forms, a one-way hash of your IP address is kept for at most one hour. The address itself is not stored.

Your rights

You can ask whether your data is being processed, request a copy, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@serkanlabs.com.
