How is a tour made?
Finished spaces are made from 360° photos; unfinished projects from plans and a 3D model. We plan together at the start how the photos or model will be done for your space.
How does a customer open the tour?
They tap a link. The tour opens in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, with no app to install.
Can it go on property listing sites?
Whether a listing site lets you embed an outside tour depends on the site; where it does not, you add the tour’s link to the listing text. On your own site the tour opens right inside the page.
How does a 3D tour help sales?
Because customers have already seen the flat, the people who come to view are mostly the ones who are really interested. You can also show the flat to buyers in other cities without them travelling.
How long does a tour take?
Depending on the size of the space and how hard the job is, it takes between 1 and 4 weeks. A tour of a single flat can be ready in 1 week; a construction project with several flat types and shared areas in up to 4 weeks. The exact time is in the written quote.
Can we work together from outside Adana?
Yes. I am based in Adana and work with businesses in Mersin, Osmaniye, Gaziantep and the rest of Turkey by phone, WhatsApp or video call.
