Frequently asked questions
Why custom software instead of an off-the-shelf program?
Off-the-shelf programs are written for everyone; they are often full of menus you never use or do not fit how you work. Custom software does only what you need, in the words you use.
Can it issue official e-invoices?
Proforma and offer documents are not official invoices. For official e-invoices we look together at whether it can connect to your e-invoice provider, based on the connection that provider offers.
Where is my data kept?
Your data is kept on a server opened in your name or on your own computer, and backed up. The system is yours, and you can export your data at any time.
Can I bring in my existing Excel files?
Yes. Your customer, product and stock lists are moved into the new system, and we check the numbers together afterwards.
How long does it take?
Depending on how hard the job is, it takes between 1 and 4 weeks. A tool doing one job (such as preparing offers) can be ready in 1 week; a system with several modules in up to 4 weeks. The exact time is in the written quote.
Can we work together from outside Adana?
Yes. I am based in Adana and work with businesses in Mersin, Osmaniye, Gaziantep and the rest of Turkey by phone, WhatsApp or video call.
