Should I choose a desktop program or a web system?
If you need access from several computers and a browser, a web system fits. If you need a program that connects to devices and keeps working when the internet goes down, a desktop app suits better. We decide together during discovery.
Which operating systems are supported?
Windows, macOS and Linux. We pick the one that matches your computers.
How long does a program take?
Depending on how hard the program is, it takes between 1 and 4 weeks. A simple program doing one job can be ready in 1 week; a system with several modules in up to 4 weeks. The exact time is in the written quote.
Will I lose my old data?
No. We back up your old files first, move the data with a checklist and verify it. We compare your totals before and after the move together.
Who installs it on the computers?
I install the program and show your team how to use it, and can help remotely when needed. You buy the computers and devices; we choose suitable ones together.
Can we work together from outside Adana?
Yes. I am based in Adana and work with businesses in Mersin, Osmaniye, Gaziantep and the rest of Turkey by phone, WhatsApp or video call.
