Frequently asked questions
Which tasks can be automated?
Most tasks that repeat every day and can be described as rules: moving orders into a sheet, sending a daily report, passing incoming forms to the right person. During discovery we choose together which ones are worth it.
Can you set up company e-mail?
Yes. Addresses on your own domain are opened, and the DNS records that keep your mail out of spam (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are set up too.
Where are backups kept?
Backups are kept apart from the running system, and restoring them is tested too; that is the only way to know a backup works.
Can you connect my existing programs?
The programs need to offer a connection (an API) or a file export. Most current programs do; for those that do not, we look at other ways together.
How long does it take?
Depending on how hard the job is, it takes between 1 and 4 weeks. Setting up a domain, e-mail and backups can take 1 week; automation that links several systems up to 4 weeks. The exact time is in the written quote.
Can we work together from outside Adana?
Yes. I am based in Adana and work with businesses in Mersin, Osmaniye, Gaziantep and the rest of Turkey by phone, WhatsApp or video call.
