Frequently asked questions
Will the bot give wrong information?
The bot answers only from what you enter in the panel and never makes up prices. When it does not know, or a person is needed, it hands the conversation to you and lets you know.
Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
The bot runs on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business platform (the Cloud API). I do not use unofficial tools that put your number at risk.
Can I use my existing number?
Usually yes. Whether the number can stay in the WhatsApp Business app at the same time depends on Meta’s conditions; we check that together before starting.
Do messages cost extra?
Meta does not charge for replies within 24 hours to conversations the customer started. Template messages the business starts itself (campaigns, reminders) are charged at Meta’s current rates.
How long does a bot take?
Depending on how hard the job is, it takes between 1 and 4 weeks. A bot that answers common questions can be ready in 1 week; one that handles bookings and orders across several channels in up to 4 weeks. The exact time is in the written quote.
Can we work together from outside Adana?
Yes. I am based in Adana and work with businesses in Mersin, Osmaniye, Gaziantep and the rest of Turkey by phone, WhatsApp or video call.
